NORTH PERTH’S FAVOURITE BACKYARD
The North Perth Bowling & Recreation Club sits serenely beneath our majestic Morton Bay Fig tree and adjacent to the collosal and much-feared Farmer Street speed humps.
Having commenced in 1907, we are the 6th oldest existing metro bowls club but the youngest at heart!
As the only bowlo within the City of Vincent boundaries, we relish a strong and reciprocal arrangement with the Mayor and Council and the Club holds a special place in the heart of our local community.
We have two greens, with the northern Phil Atherton green being converted from grass to a synthetic
surface which can be used all year round. Both greens have new improved floodlighting for night bowls and are available for both members and casual players.
More than just a bowling Club though, we are a community Club… having around 100 pennant bowlers but with well over 1000 social members, you can see our priority is always focussing on the majority.
The committee thrive on helping people who need help, entertaining crowds that want entertainment
and listening to individuals who have something to say.
In these super busy times it’s brilliant to find a place that suits YOU… young and looking for excitement, a new family who love playing together on the grassy knoll or one of our much loved regulars who make Friday night dinner with friends a wonderful part of their social fabric. It’s great to have a local oasis…

The ‘24/25 Pennant season is the best in our 117 year history… giving us 3 flags, 5 promotions and now… “back to back” BowlsWA Small Metro Club of Year titles. So if you are keen on playing our Thursday and Saturday Pennant bowls, maybe joining our Summer Jack Attack Comp for the first time or just having a relaxing social roll with ya besties… our welcoming Farmer Street oasis is the place you want to be!
